From a Berlin Apartment to a Platform Serving Thousands

SellDecour was born in 2021 when our founder, Daniel Krause, started selling items from his Berlin apartment on Kleinanzeigen to supplement his income during a career transition. Within three months, he had replaced his salary entirely.

Friends and colleagues kept asking how he did it. He began coaching them one-on-one, then wrote a simple guide, and the demand kept growing. In 2022, SellDecour launched as a full course platform — and hasn't looked back since.

Today we serve students in 38 countries, with a particular focus on expats and English speakers living in Germany who want to tap into the enormous opportunity that German online marketplaces represent.
